In a world that feels increasingly complex and unpredictable, the foundations of our future are shifting. With the rapid evolution of AI, the erosion of trust in global institutions, and the growing challenge of navigating a volatile job market, many young professionals are searching for clarity on what a truly meaningful career looks like today.
This year, the Talent for Good Forum evolves beyond the traditional career fair into a dynamic, knowledge-driven platform. We are creating a space to explore these uncertainties together, combining direct access to mission-driven employers with expert-led dialogue and interactive sessions. Our theme, ‘Shaping Trust in the Future’, is an invitation to move past passive observation and actively contribute to the (re)building of trust in our communities, technologies, and international systems.
The Forum is designed to offer value to a diverse group of participants:
Whether you are launching a career, shifting sectors, or engaging as an expert, join us in The Hague to gain the insights, connections, and agency required to define your role in a rapidly changing world.
The Forum is designed to offer you a deep dive in the impact-driven sector:
Meet the NGOs, IGOs, and mission-driven businesses that make up The Hague peace and justice ecosystem. Whether you are looking for your first internship, a volunteer role, or a professional leap, this is where you discover new organisations, build your network, and sharpen your toolkit in hands-on workshops.
Join the conversation on our 2026 theme: “Shaping Trust in the Future.” In an era of misinformation and global instability, how can you help rebuild trust in institutions and technology? Through a high-level keynote, interactive breakout sessions, and a panel conversation, you’ll gain the “big picture” perspective on the future of work.
Conclude your journey at the Forum with an informal networking reception, the perfect opportunity to engage further with fellow changemakers.
The Talent for Good Fair is the Netherlands’ largest career fair dedicated to impact-driven work. Network with 60 organisations working in the peace and justice, human rights, climate justice, humanitarian aid, development, tech for good, and more.
