Explore past editionsThe Hague is home to more than 160 international organisations, alongside a growing community of NGOs, social enterprises and research institutions working for a more peaceful and just world. The Talent for Good Fair brings that ecosystem together in one place, so that students and young professionals can meet the people behind the work and find their own way into it.
Organised by The Hague Humanity Hub as part of its Talent for Good programme, the Fair is the largest career fair for good in the Netherlands. Each edition gathers international institutions, NGOs, start-ups and grassroots initiatives working on peace, justice, human rights, climate, humanitarian action, tech for good and more.
