Our Mission Inclusion Unfolding—Africa is a newly launched organization working to build a future where every person—especially those too often excluded—has access to services, a voice in decisions, and the opportunity to thrive. We focus on sustainable, locally led solutions that empower marginalized African communities, with a particular focus on persons with disabilities, women, and girls. Our Vision A future where marginalized voices shape the systems that serve them, building communities rooted in equity, access, and shared opportunity. Inclusion Unfolding – Africa provides consultancy services to development partners, governments, and funders seeking to advance equity, inclusion, and locally led development. We specialize in inclusive policy design, capacity strengthening, community-led research, participatory monitoring and learning, and inclusive communication strategies. We maintain trusted relationships with local disability rights and women’s rights organizations that are already making a powerful impact in their communities. We actively seek funding on their behalf and in partnership with them, ensuring that resources reach the grassroots level. What sets us apart is how we work. We don’t just fund or advise—we walk alongside our partners to ensure that programs are inclusive, community-led, and built for lasting change. Our value lies in combining local insight with global standards, ensuring that every initiative is accountable, evidence-based, and results-driven. With over 100 years of combined experience in Kenya, across Africa, and around the world, we launched Inclusion Unfolding – Africa to keep advancing the work we’ve always believed in.
