The role involves securing new donor relationships, stewarding high-value partnerships, and working towards consistent annual 7-8 figure fundraising results. One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers across nine African countries to make their farms more productive through farm supplies, training, credit, and agricultural services.
