Programme Lead (Policy & Industry Engagement) – World Nuclear Association
WNA is looking to recruit a Programme Lead to work within their Policy and Industry Engagement department. In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Association’s activities in key areas related to Licensing and Regulatory issues and Supply Chain. In addition to ensuring the Association remains a relevant and authoritative source of information and insight, and is recognised as a key international expert, the role is also responsible for projecting this status to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- To drive activities within the topic areas that support the positioning of World Nuclear Association as a leading voice in the global nuclear industry sector
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in both the nuclear Licensing & Regulatory issues and Supply Chain areas; engage and coordinate with industry stakeholders to support the delivery of World Nuclear Association strategy
- Work with Head of Department, Senior Programme Leads and other Programme Leads to ensure alignment of work plans with Working Group activities and the overall Association strategic objectives
- Work with other World Nuclear Association departments and colleagues to ensure the effectiveness of Association’s activities in the relevant topic areas.
- Support and promote wider/other World Nuclear Association activities as required
