Together with partners in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, Liliane Fonds has been making the living, playing, and learning worlds of children with disabilities more accessible for over 40 years. They contribute to a society in which everyone can participate.
They do this together with a large supporter base in the Netherlands: thousands of people who, like us, believe that every child has the right to a chance to learn, play, and take part. Behind every child there is a story that needs to be told. To make sure this story is heard and that people take action, they are looking for an:
Online Content Marketeer

They embrace diversity because they believe a diverse workforce leads to the best results. A positive organisational culture is essential here, so they make extra efforts to create an inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome, seen, and valued. In line with their mission.

What will you do?
As Online Content Marketeer, you help involve more people with Liliane Fonds. You develop creative concepts for their online acquisition and retention campaigns and turn them into strong content. The emphasis is as much on visual content as on text, with a strong focus on video.
You translate the stories of children with disabilities and their families into storytelling that touches people, always keeping the dignity of the children you write about in mind. Whether it’s a video for which you write the script and handle the editing, or compelling, action-oriented copy for landing pages, ads, emails, and social posts, you know how to move people and set them in motion. This way you activate donors and show what their support means for children with disabilities.
Besides the freedom to develop your own ideas, you test the results across their online channels for conversion (CRO) and findability (SEO/GEO). You optimise always-on campaigns and donor journeys based on insights from data.
Finally, together with their content specialists, you determine the content strategy for their social media channels. You create content yourself and use a content calendar to maintain a recognisable and consistent presence. You keep a close eye on what works and adjust based on reactions and results.
As Online Content Marketeer, you are part of the Fundraising team, which is part of the Communication & Fundraising department. You work closely with two online marketing colleagues and also collaborate with the Content Specialists of the Communication team.
With your work, you make an impact on the visibility and effectiveness of Liliane Fonds and contribute to improving the living conditions of children with disabilities worldwide.
