Take the surveyStichting OurLoop is looking for an independent evaluator or evaluation team to conduct an end-of-project evaluation of the Minorities, Accountability and Civic Space programme, a four-year EU-funded initiative implemented across Lebanon, Palestine, Tunisia, Morocco and Syria. The evaluation will assess the programme's relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability in strengthening civil society organisations and supporting minority and marginalised communities. The evaluator must have extensive experience in human rights, minority rights and civil society capacity building, with strong knowledge of the region and fluency in English and Arabic.
