Editor in Chief – Federation of European Microbiological Societies

The Editor-in-Chief will be part of the senior editorial team, and will work with the wider editorial team, the FEMS publications team, and the FEMS publisher, Oxford University Press, to strengthen the journal’s place as a venue for publishing thought leadership. This is a volunteer role, although the successful candidate will be awarded an honorarium in recognition of their contribution. It is an exciting time to come on board, as the journal is reconsidering how it can use its position to magnify the impact of microbiology research and the scientists working within this important discipline.
