Campus Sales and Development Manager – The Hague Humanity Hub

Hours: 32 hours per week (80%)
Salary: Indicative full-time salary of €3100 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience
Location: The Hague Humanity Hub, The Hague
Language requirements: English fluency and working knowledge of Dutch
Eligibility: You must have the right to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not available
The role
In this role, you will combine sales, relationship management, service development, and operational improvement. You will help grow occupancy and revenue across our coworking, office, meeting, and event spaces, while also supporting the continuous improvement of the campus experience for members, partners, and visitors. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, and build valuable business management experience in areas such as revenue growth, service development, planning, and performance tracking. This role would suit someone who enjoys working independently, is motivated to make things happen, and wants to contribute to a professional community focused on peace and justice.
Key responsibilities
· Grow campus revenues and occupancy within our target market;
· Market and sell residency services, including private offices and coworking subscriptions;
· Market and sell delegation hosting services and support preparation and execution;
· Support the Meeting & Events team with meeting room and event space bookings, event preparation and ensuring smooth execution;
· Help position the Hub as the leading venue for impact-driven and peace and justice events in The Hague;
· Support strategic decision-making through business insights, KPI tracking, and continuous performance improvement;
· Improve the customer journey and ensure high satisfaction among members and clients;
· Lead the further development of campus services, including coworking and private offices, meetings and events, hybrid and AV services, and hospitality offerings;
· Optimize key processes and systems, including our campus management platform (OfficeRnD);
· Work closely with the programming and community teams to align services with the Hub’s mission, values, and wider ecosystem role.
What you bring
· 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, coworking, hospitality, events, or a similar commercial environment
· A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of your work
· The ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage your priorities effectively
· Strong planning and organizational skills, with a structured and reliable way of working
· Strong commercial instincts combined with a service-oriented approach
· The ability to spot opportunities, build relationships, and turn ideas into action
· An interest in improving systems, services, and ways of working
· Affinity with The Hague Humanity Hub’s mission and an interest in supporting a community working for peace and justice
· Excellent communication skills in English and working knowledge of Dutch
· A valid long-term right to work in the Netherlands

· An initial one-year contract for 32 hours per week, with the intention to extend
