Solvoz is looking for a Business Development and Solutions Manager, specialising in global aid and health ecosystems.

Solvoz builds digital procurement and market-infrastructure platforms that strengthen local supply chains, improve transparency, and support better decision making across impact-driven sectors. Their technology powers white-label portals for aid agencies, global health actors, public sector buyers, and corporates working toward the SDGs.

As they scale, they are looking for a Business Development and Solutions Manager with proven experience in B2B or B2G sales in technology (ideally PaaS) who can bring depth, clarity, and consultative strength into this sector.

Solvoz and Global aid and health ecosystems: If you have worked in global aid, health, NGOs, UN agencies, donor programmes, or large grant-funded environments, you know how complex procurement, compliance, and market dynamics can be. Solvoz is the technical backbone that helps these organisations localise procurement, build transparent marketplaces and operate more efficiently.

Your ability to translate sector needs into platform concepts, combined with your experience selling technology solutions, will be essential.

Solvoz wants a Business Development and Solutions Manager who brings both sector familiarity and a strong technology-sales background. You will help build a high-quality pipeline, craft compelling portal narratives, and guide clients from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clean and clear marketing materials and explanation materials
  • Craft concept notes, proposals, and tailored pitch decks
  • Translate procurement and market challenges for clients into portal concepts
  • Shape portal concepts for transparency, compliance, and sustainability, aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Pipeline development in the sectors Solvoz serves (public sector and corporate ESG/impact domains and donor-funded organisations)
  • Lead discovery conversations
  • Ongoing support of customers up to delivery of the new sale (portal delivery), upsell and retention
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly reporting

Ideal Profile:

  • Professional English proficiency
  • Strong writer and storytelling capacity
  • Able to explain and sell complex solutions.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2G sales in technology (ideally PaaS)
  • 5+ years minimum working experience in a comparable or similar role
  • Ideally proven experience in consultative selling
  • Ideally experience in one of the sectors we serve
