Solvoz is looking for a Business and Development Solutions Manager, specialising on corporate impact and sustainability ecosystems.

Solvoz is a modular platform enabling organisations to build digital procurement and market ecosystems that support sustainability, supplier diversity, and transparent supply chains. Corporates increasingly require infrastructure that enables ESG performance and responsible sourcing.

They are now seeking a Business Development and Solutions Manager with proven experience in B2B or B2G sales in technology (ideally PaaS) who can translate corporate sustainability ambitions into digital platform deployments.

Companies need infrastructure that helps them connect suppliers, build transparent markets, and operationalise impact strategies. Solvoz provides this market infrastructure.

Your background in selling advanced technology solutions will help turn ESG ambitions into concrete, scalable platforms.

Solvoz wants someone who combines commercial skill with impact-driven thinking, and who can build a pipeline of corporate opportunities, craft narratives that resonate with sustainability leaders, and shape portal concepts that support measurable change. You will help build this high-quality pipeline, craft compelling portal narratives, and guide clients from discovery to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft clean and clear marketing materials and explanation materials
  • Craft concept notes, proposals, and tailored pitch decks
  • Translate procurement and market challenges for clients into portal concepts
  • Shape portal concepts for transparency, compliance, and sustainability, aligned with regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Pipeline development in the sectors Solvoz serves (public sector and corporate ESG/impact domains and donor-funded organisations)
  • Lead discovery conversations
  • Ongoing support of customers up to delivery of the new sale (portal delivery), upsell and retention
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and weekly reporting

Ideal Profile:

  • Professional English proficiency
  • Strong writer and storytelling capacity
  • Able to explain and sell complex solutions.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2G sales in technology (ideally PaaS)
  • 5+ years minimum working experience in a comparable or similar role
  • Ideally proven experience in consultative selling
  • Ideally experience in one of the sectors Solvoz serves
