Your Mental Health Matters

Survey on Mental Health within Mission-Driven Work

People working in peace, justice, human rights, humanitarian action, climate, and related fields often face significant emotional and mental demands, yet wellbeing remains one of the most overlooked issues across our sector.

The Hague Humanity Hub has launched an ecosystem-wide survey to understand the realities, challenges, and support needs of mission-driven professionals. Your insights will inform an evidence base, guide an upcoming Critical Dialogue in 2026, and help shape shared recommendations for organisations and other stakeholders.

The survey is

  • Anonymous
  • Under 10 minutes
  • Open to anyone working in mission-driven organisations

Your voice will help strengthen wellbeing practices across our ecosystem and support a healthier, more resilient peace & justice community.

What will this data be used for?

The survey data will be used to inform and shape a series of initiatives in 2026, including a Critical Dialogue convened by THHH and partners to bring together stakeholders from mission-driven sectors to address employee mental health.
