Fundraising Walk-in Clinic

If you ever wonder whether your new fundraising strategy may work and you feel like bouncing ideas off of a fundraising professional, come to the fundraising walk-in clinics!

The fundraising walk-in clinics are a space run by experts from HVFC where Humanity Hub members can ask for advice on different aspects of fundraising, such as donor strategies, pitching ideas, fundraising strategy, partnerships, proposal writing, multi-lateral funding, impact, monitoring, and evaluation, and more.

In person consultations at the Humanity Hub, or online.

Wednesdays between 12:00 to 14:00 (if it’s a video call, it can also be planned at another time the same day)

What to expect from a walk-in clinic session?

Come and discuss your fundraising questions or ideas with an HVFC expert.

We expect members to come to us with questions of all kinds around fundraising, such as “How can I reach the donor I want to fund my project?”, “Is my pitch clear and does it communicate what I want?”, “Is the problem statement of my proposal clear?”, “What kind of donors can I consider in my fundraising pipeline?”… and many more!

To get the most out of your time slot, we ask members to specify the subject of their consultation when booking, giving a brief description of the inquiry and, if the question concerns the review of a part of a document, we ask that you send the document via email.

We encourage members to send this information by the end of the day on the Friday before the appointment, at the latest, so that we are better prepared to assist you.
