Saving two souls at once — a human and a dog — while creating jobs and healing the planet we all share.

The building itself is a 15-level sustainable ecosystem, powered by technologies such as solar windows, solar panels, kinetic (cyanitic) pavement, and a circular waste-to-energy system that produces biogas and fertilizer. Inside, the complex includes a multi-level rehabilitation center, wheelchair-accessible swimming pools, a fitness and therapy area, a fun room for sensory stimulation, meeting spaces, administrative offices, and a dedicated Alzheimer’s and cognitive decline support center. The rooftop hosts a community restaurant open to the public, promoting inclusion and visibility.

The Soul Park Foundation also places strong emphasis on social and economic impact, with an estimated creation of 450 jobs, ranging from care professionals and sustainability technicians to hospitality, maintenance, and community staff. The project combines environmental innovation with human-centered care, offering a replicable blueprint for sustainable, socially inclusive development in the Netherlands and beyond.

Ultimately, The Soul Park Foundation strives to become a beacon of compassionate care, environmental responsibility, and community connection — a place where innovation serves humanity, nature heals the heart, and every individual is supported to live with dignity, joy, and purpose.
