Peace Academy is about resolving and avoiding conflict, cooperation, and consensual decision making. The focus is on how to work together and on how to do peace. With training, capacity building, advisory and consultancy Peace Academy contributes to peace processes worldwide, to cooperation and consensual decision making in the Netherlands and to organizations who find themselves in the stormy waters of (internal) conflict and societal tensions. Peace Academy empowers people to work on peace that lasts.

Peace Academy operates globally, supporting processes in conflict prevention and resolution, both in still active conflicts as well as post-conflict environments.

As societal tensions exists everywhere, Peace Academy is active in the Netherlands, where the company is based, in finding ways to lessen tensions and find cooperative ways forward.
Similarly, conflicts happen not only in society, but also in organizations and companies. These conflicts might be caused by internal change, but also external change where societal pressures impact the operational environment and capacities of organizations and companies.
