NewStartPlus believes in the resilience and motivation of newcomers. They are building a new life in the Netherlands – and the future of the Netherlands. But the road to a new life is difficult: a new language, a new culture, leaving much of what you held dear behind in another country. Experience has shown that support in finding a job helps. They are happy to help.

At NewStartPlus, they offer a springboard to success. NewStartPlus connects newcomers with “experienced talent” and/or (nearly) retired people: our volunteers. They create the perfect match between volunteers and newcomer and provide excellent guidance and support to the volunteer as a “newcomer coach.” They possess extensive (professional) knowledge, a large network, and are often highly motivated to help newcomers.
