The Alternatives Factory is an independent organisation providing professional coaching to humanitarians, development workers, their teams and organisations. Our missionis to bring breakthrough insights to purpose driven peopleand organisations to help them create a better world in which no-one is left behind. They provide one-to-one coaching (transition and career coaching, leadership coaching, emotional coaching), team and organisational coaching (team building and strategic workshop facilitation) and coaching trainings.
