The Law and Practice of International Administrative Tribunals

An upcoming book launch will take place in The Hague on 1 June 2026, marking the presentation of The Law and Practice of International Administrative Tribunals (Cambridge University Press, 2025), co-authored by Daniel Peat, Jason Morgan-Foster, and Anne-Marie Thévenot-Werner.
The event will be held at the Peace Palace and will bring together scholars, practitioners, and members of the international legal community for an afternoon dedicated to discussion on international administrative law and tribunal practice.
The programme will open with introductory remarks by H.E. Judge Abdul Koroma, followed by a panel discussion featuring leading experts in international law. The event is generously hosted by Jean-Pelé Fomété, Deputy-Registrar of the International Court of Justice, and will conclude with a reception, providing further opportunity for exchange and networking among participants.
