Speaker Series (Online) | Humanitarian Negotiations & Communities

To drive the development of the thematic of ‘Negotiations and Communities’, the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation (CCHN) is set to organise a ‘Speaker Series’ of three online events between September and November 2024, which will be open both to the Centre’s Community of Practice (CoP) as well as the broader public. The aim of this series is to further generate, share, and collect knowledge linked to humanitarian negotiations and communities, whilst also facilitating the creation of a safe and interactive space for humanitarian practitioners and key experts to connect and exchange.
Consequently, the third event in the series is set to focus on Humanitarian Negotiations BY Communities, centred on local communities negotiating on the ground amidst ongoing conflict/other situations of violence.
