Pro Bono Connect: The Netherlands’ Pro Bono Roundtable, joint session with civil society

Effective cooperation calls for trust, understanding each others’ perspectives and identifying our unique strengths. This session for civil society and pro bono lawyers will include discussions of pro bono in strategic litigation, professional standards for lawyers, and insights into the complexity of pro bono within large firms. Pro Bono professionals will share their experiences and offer a peek into the process from receiving a pro bono request through conflict checks, engaging colleagues from various practice areas, and taking on a case.
We will end with two interactive sessions to identify pressing needs and opportunities. These will be displayed during the closing reception, for networking and follow-up!
