Panel conversation with youth and diaspora & Partos networking reception

Youth and Diaspora Perspectives on the Future of International Cooperation
From 15:30, all colleagues, members and partners are welcome at The Hague Humanity Hub for meetings and networking. At this time, we will speak with young people and diaspora organisations about the future of international cooperation and opportunities for engagement and collaboration. How can the association structurally incorporate the insights and expertise of young people and diaspora organisations and strengthen collaboration with Partos members? This conversation will be moderated by Kiza Magendane.
Young people will present their advice on youth engagement: how can they meaningfully contribute ideas, have a voice, and take part in decision-making within the association? The diaspora organisations position themselves as experts and bring their knowledge, experience, and perspectives on equitable collaboration.
The conversation provides space for exchange among the directors, young people, and diaspora organisations. How do they view the insights and recommendations presented? What is needed to better embed these perspectives within the association and in international cooperation practice? What concrete opportunities do they see for further engagement and collaboration?
Networking moment
Afterwards, there is an opportunity to network and have a drink. Around 18:00, we will close the networking moment and drinks at The Hague Humanity Hub. The address is Fluwelen Burgwal 58, 2511 CJ The Hague. The Humanity Hub is about a 10-minute walk from The Hague Central Station. The conversation takes place on the third floor and is easily accessible by lift.
