New ANBI Developments in Practice

27 October @ 09:30 - 11:00

A practical session for ANBI organizations navigating recent developments in the ANBI regime
The ANBI landscape is evolving. Recent policy changes, guidance from the Dutch Tax Authorities, and new interpretations of existing requirements are creating both opportunities and obligations for charities and nonprofit organizations. The Hub and Bird & Bird are partnering to share the latest developments with the community of peace and justice.

Since the introduction of the new ANBI Decree of 3 July 2025, several ANBI requirements have been further clarified and, in some cases, tightened. For board members and policy-makers, understanding what these developments mean in practice is essential to maintaining compliance and good governance.

In this interactive 60-minute session, we will translate the latest developments into practical guidance and discuss how organizations can apply the rules confidently in their day-to-day operations.
