Overview

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop, Project Design using Logical Framework Approach, where you will learn the principles of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). This methodology provides a systematic structure for identifying, planning, and managing projects. It is an essential tool for those involved in project development, and this workshop will equip you with the necessary skills to design a logical project. We will be diving into essential topics such as LFA-structure, hierarchy of objectives, assumptions, design of indicators, monitoring, evaluation and learning, means of verification, and internal logic. By the end of this transformative workshop, you’ll have a solid understanding of Logical Framework Approach principles and the confidence to design logic projects. This knowledge will provide a strong foundation for your future success in project design, management, monitoring & evaluation, design thinking, theory of change, CANVAS, and more!
