Transnational counter-terrorism is a growing field of law, policy, and practice at and beyond the United Nations. However, there are persistent concerns about the extent to which there is accountability for the processes of its formation and the effects of its implementation. This webinar brings together speakers from scholarly, policy, practice, and judicial backgrounds to discuss the conundrum of accountability in transnational counter-terrorism.
