Over the past three years Partos has facilitated the DEI trajectory, a series of powerful sessions centring on reflection, dialogue, and action around DEI and anti-racism. Together, we have explored how exclusion and racism manifest within our organisations, and how we can take intentional, collective steps to dismantle them.
Years after the global outcry for justice and equity (#BLM, #metoo), society shows us that these values are easily broken and under pressure. The DEI trajectory proofs that DEI, when justice-led and part of a broader strategy, is still a way to practice commitment to equity in a world where racism, sexism, ableism, discrimination, xenophobia and trans & homophobia is still imminent.
As this shared journey comes to a close, we’re excited to present the final report, capturing key learnings, experiences, and insights gathered along the way. During the closing event, we’ll share these outcomes and invite you to look ahead with us, identifying how we can sustain and deepen this work in the years to come:
Please note, that we only have 35 places available of which 7 will be for people outside of the trajectory. If two people from the same organisation, please let us know so we can check for availability.
We look forward to seeing you there, to celebrate what we’ve built together, and to grow beyond this moment!
