Special edition of The Handshake by The Hague Humanity Hub and thesis conference from MSc Engineering and Policy Analysis
Grand Challenge Accepted will be hosted at TU Delft | Campus The Hague. This is the ninth thesis conference and graduation celebration from the TU Delft Engineering and Policy Analysis (EPA) programme. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to connect with the EPA community, attend a keynote speech by Juliane Schillinger (Red Cross Crescent Climate Centre) on anticipatory action in armed conflict areas, listen to presentations by EPA graduates, and participate in a discussion with Lars Peter Nissen. The day will conclude with a sunny beach party at Scheveningen, with food included.
The final stage of the TU Delft Engineering and Policy Analysis Master’s programme is a half-year thesis research project. At this ninth EPA Thesis Conference, EPA graduates will present the results of their individual research projects to external relations, alumni, potential commissioners, employers, current and future EPA students, family, and friends.
Moreover, join us for a special edition of The Handshake, an interactive event series connecting aspiring changemakers with experienced professionals in the peace & justice and “for good” sectors organised together with The Hague Humanity Hub. For this edition, a discussion will be held with Lars Peter Nissen, CEO of ACAPS, a non-profit, non-governmental project that provides analytics for humanitarian policies and workers.
