Community of Practising Innovators

Since 2018, The Spindle facilitates a community of innovators in development. Members hold an ex- or implicit innovation role within a Dutch NGO. The community meets every two months, in which they discuss their professional issues around innovation within development cooperation. Chatham House Rules apply.
The community of practice is a group of innovation-minded participants. They either hold a position as an innovation manager or – officer, or they engrain innovation in their roles as a business developer or programme designer. In every meeting, they exchange inspirational content. Also, they discuss one or more organisational cases of one of the participants
