Kanan Dhru Consulting provides services at the intersection of law and technology. The services focus on a) developing bespoke strategy to implement and operationalize legaltech tools, b) advising on technology regulations and compliance on data privacy, artificial intelligence among others and c) utilising design thinking methodology to help create user-friendly legal products and services for scale. The initiative is established by Kanan Dhru, as its sole properitor to leverage her experience and expertise in this field to support to organisations including corporations, startups, academia as well as policy institutions and non-profits. Kanan is a 3x founder in the space of legal innovation and has worked extensively at the intersection of law, design and technology across countries and continents. Her expertise in working with prominent public and private sector organisations in the area of legal innovations involves designing successful implementation approaches, developing educational programmes in LegalTech and facilitating hands-on workshops to equip industry leaders on regulations surrounding new technologies. With a deep understanding of scaling legal initiatives globally, Kanan intends to apply her skills in building meaningful collaborations and human-centered innovations in the area of legal service delivery through the consulting endeavour. Kanan is a regular speaker at conferences, panel discussions as well as podcasts and Lawtoons, which she cofounded to simplify legal information for children continues to reach a large audience across the world.
