Integrity Initiatives International Europe’s (III, ‘Triple I’ Europe) mission is to end grand corruption by strengthening the enforcement of relevant laws against corrupt leaders and their co-conspirators and addressing the equitable use of recovered assets. Their primary activities include developing a draft treaty to establish an International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC) and advocating the enforcement of anti-corruption laws. III Europe will fortify the campaign for the IACC by focusing on partnerships and stakeholder engagement and public advocacy within Europe and beyond.

Let’s end impunity for grand corruption.

III Europe’s approach is based on supporting national, regional, and international anti-corruption solutions, collaborating with policy makers, legal experts, civil society organizations and other relevant stakeholders.

The International Anti-Corruption Court (IACC) will fill the crucial enforcement gap in the international framework for combatting grand corruption.

The IACC will strengthen the enforcement of relevant laws to punish and deter crimes of grand corruption committed by public officials, bribe payers, money launderers, and their co-conspirators, while also addressing the equitable use of recovered illicit assets. The 192 parties to the UN Convention Against Corruption are required to criminalise corrupt acts, and yet national leaderships can create impunity for grand corruption – the high-level abuse of public power for personal gain – in the countries that they rule.
