The Talent for Good Fair is the largest career fair for good in the Netherlands, bringing together students and young professionals for inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking to help them create pathways to embark on purposeful and impactful careers.

On Wednesday 7th of May, the 4th edition of the Talent for Good Fair took place at The Hague University of Applied Sciences (THUAS) where students and young professionals came together to shape their future and pursue a career that creates real, positive change in the world.
Organised by The Hague Humanity Hub in partnership with The Hague International Centre and the Municipality of The Hague, the event brought together hundreds of attendees and more than 50 impact-driven organisations showcasing their work at stands and in workshops. From international institutions like the International Criminal Court and the European Investment Bank to grassroots changemakers like Stichting Move and Rhubarb Effect, the fair showcased the diversity of the peace and justice ecosystem anchored in The Hague.

Across the sun-filled atrium and breakout rooms, participants connected with practitioners, learned from hands-on workshops, and explored how their skills and interests can align with purpose-driven careers. The programme included 10+ workshops on topics such as humanitarian aid, sustainability, international development, and career resilience—each designed to offer practical insights and inspiration.

A highlight of the day was a special live edition of The Handshake, featuring Joke Brandt, former Dutch Ambassador to the United Nations. Her reflections on leadership, diplomacy, and international cooperation added depth to a day full of discovery and dialogue.
By creating an open, accessible space for learning and connection, the Talent for Good Fair continues to support the next generation of changemakers in finding their place—and their purpose—within The Hague’s peace and justice ecosystem.
