Project Expedite Justice is looking for a Director of Operations & Organizational Effectiveness to lead the organisation's operational systems, cross-functional coordination, and administrative processes as a member of the Senior Management Team. The role involves translating organisational priorities into clear workflows, managing deadlines and resources, and ensuring operational functions support PEJ's programmes effectively. Project Expedite Justice is a U.S.-based nonprofit advancing accountability for atrocity crimes and serious human rights violations through legal expertise, investigations, training, and mentorship, working with local civil society partners in Ukraine, Sudan, Ethiopia, and other contexts.
