HR Associate, People Operations – Centre for Effective Altruism
Centre for Effective Altruism is looking for an HR Associate to manage the operational side of People Operations, owning processes for onboarding, contracts, expenses, payroll, and tax filings whilst leading projects to improve systems with automation and AI. CEA stewards the effective altruism movement, working to build a flourishing future by applying evidence, reason, and compassion to challenges like global poverty, animal suffering, and existential risks. The organisation has grown significantly, with headcount increasing from 42 to 66 core staff in 2025, and is scaling up capacity for grantmaking and fundraising.
