Events Intern – The Hague Tech
Get involved in the full event lifecycle at The Hague Tech. You’ll help prepare event schedules and briefs, coordinate rooms, catering and AV, communicate with clients and suppliers, and provide hands-on support during events. You’ll work on both THT community events and external client bookings.
This role is aimed at students in Event Management, Hospitality, Communication, or a similar field. We’re looking for someone energetic and hands-on who pays attention to detail, stays calm when things get busy, and is comfortable working flexible hours when events require it.
Key competencies:
- Energetic and hands-on
- Able to work flexible hours when needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Proactive and solutions-oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and part of a team
- Previous experience with events (even informally) is a plus
