Can a colleague occasionally work from the Hub with me?
As a member of the Hub, you’re welcome to have guests at the Café & Clubhouse (3rd Floor) for informal meetings, work stints and to hangout. If you’re a resident and would like your colleague to work in the Co-working Areas (2nd and 4th floors), you need to purchase a day pass directly at the Hub Café.
Can members rent out meeting rooms in the Hub?
Yes, absolutely. We encourage all members to make full use of the Hub’s meeting rooms and event spaces. Whether you’re planning a meeting, workshop, or networking event, our team is here to support you in making it a success.
As a member, you benefit from a minimum 20% discount on the hourly rate for small and medium-sized meeting rooms. Depending on your membership type and residency services, this discount may be even greater. To explore booking options and learn more about the available spaces, click here.

I am a freelancer; can I join the Humanity Hub?
Yes! Freelancers are welcome to join the Humanity Hub if they are registered at the Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) and if their activities are closely aligned with the mission and values of the Humanity Hub! Let us know if you’re interested in becoming a member by filling out this quick form and a member of our team will get in touch!
Can I host guests at the Hub?
Certainly. You can host your guests in the Hub Café for coffee meetings and short work stints.
Can we register our NGO at the Hub with this plan?
Yes. You can add the Business Address service to your plan, allowing you to use the Fluwelen Burgwal 58 address as your official headquarters
Can we share one desk between two staff members?
Absolutely. The Dedicated Desk is designed to be shared by up to two registered members from the same organisation, making it a highly cost-effective option for small teams.
Do I have 24/7 access to the building?
Yes. Unlike our Flex plans, the Dedicated Desk provides 24/7 access to the Hub, allowing you to work on a schedule that fits your global projects.
What is the minimum commitment?
Our plans are based on a 12-month contract with a one-calendar-month termination clause.
