GET IN TOUCHPropel is an AI-supported learning and knowledge infrastructure designed for organisations working in international development, humanitarian action, and peacebuilding. It helps teams capture, connect, and apply lessons from their work so that experience, evidence, and local knowledge inform real decisions rather than being lost across reports, staff turnover, or project cycles.
Many organisations generate valuable insights through evaluations, monitoring, partner engagement, and day-to-day implementation. Yet this knowledge often remains fragmented, difficult to access, or disconnected from future planning. Propel addresses this gap by supporting organisations to build organisational memory: a shared, living knowledge base that links learning questions, experiences, findings, and decisions across projects, programmes, and contexts.
At the core of Propel is a structured learning space that guides teams to reflect on what they are learning, why it matters, and how it should shape action. AI support helps identify patterns, connections, and emerging insights across large volumes of qualitative and quantitative material, while keeping human judgement and context central. This allows organisations to move beyond isolated lessons learned towards collective intelligence and adaptive decision-making.
Propel works with NGOs, foundations, and international organisations as both a software platform and a learning partner. Alongside the tool, the team brings deep experience in organisational learning, knowledge management, and research in politically sensitive and complex environments. The focus is not on extracting knowledge, but on strengthening learning practices that are inclusive, ethical, and grounded in practice.
As a member of the The Hague Humanity Hub, Propel contributes to a growing ecosystem committed to collaboration, innovation, and more effective responses to global challenges through shared learning and knowledge.
