GET IN TOUCHEstablished in 2008, Yanabia is a grassroots initiative dedicated to promoting sustainable development and resilience in Yemen. They work across key humanitarian and development sectors including Food Security and Livelihoods, WASH Sector, Shelter and Camp Management, Education, Health and Nutrition, Protection, as well as Women and Children empowerment. Through these sectors, they support vulnerable communities by improving access to food, water, shelter, education, and healthcare, while also safeguarding human rights and creating opportunities for women and children. By combining immediate relief with long-term solutions, Yanabia strives to build stronger, more resilient communities and a brighter future for Yemen.
At Yanabia, we believe in the power of collaboration and local ownership to drive lasting change. Through community empowerment and capacity building, we provide training, resources, and opportunities that enable individuals especially women and youth to take an active role in shaping their future. By engaging in collaborative projects and funding opportunities across key sectors such as Food Security, WASH, Education, and Health, we partner with organizations and donors to design and implement impactful initiatives that address both urgent needs and long-term development goals. Finally, through knowledge sharing and advocacy, we connect with networks and stakeholders to raise awareness, exchange expertise, and amplify the voices of vulnerable communities in Yemen. These activities not only strengthen resilience at the grassroots level but also help bridge local realities with global support, ensuring sustainable and inclusive impact.
