Tbilisi School for Social Research

The Tbilisi School for Social Research is an independent think tank focused on peacebuilding through the development of innovative electoral systems. It runs a non-fiction Library about Georgia, supports youth education and civic engagement, and experiments with creating a digital twin of the organization. Through its Creative Laboratory, it explores the intersection of art, technology, and research. TSSR engages in policy innovation and contributes to Georgia’s democratic development and European integration through evidence-based research and international collaboration. With a presence in both Tbilisi and The Hague, TSSR brings international experience to Georgia — and exports original insights, practices, and ideas from Georgia to the world.
