The A&O Fund for Municipalities is seeking an external relations coordinator to help achieve their mission of keeping municipal organizations agile and vibrant. In this new role, you’ll work closely with the director to structure our relationships and collaboration with stakeholders systematically and effectively.
As our new external relations coordinator, you will be the linchpin within the organization when it comes to their broad group of stakeholders within and outside the municipal sector. You’ll ensure structure and information management, ensuring relevant colleagues are involved and well-informed. You’ll schedule and prepare for appointments, and ensure careful follow-up. You’ll also identify relevant developments and trends and translate these into opportunities for collaboration. You’ll work closely with the director and be part of the Data and Communications team. You’ll report to the Impact Team Leader.
