Mikado Impact crafts models for sustainable development and provides strategic consulting and trainings on sustainability, community investment and social impact.

Mikado’s work spans youth empowerment, women’s empowerment, inclusion, leadership, and sustainability. They design and implement large-scale community investment programs such as leadership academies, inclusion indexes, and upskilling initiatives for vulnerable groups. One of Mikado’s flagship initiatives, the Embark Project, uniquely brings together refugee and newcomer youth with senior business leaders in a reverse mentorship model. This approach flips traditional mentorship dynamics, enabling young people to share lived experiences while equipping companies with new perspectives on innovation, resilience, and the future of work.

Mikado Impact is also active in crisis response and education, including scaling the Mobile School Türkiye project in earthquake-affected regions. Through youth centers established in container camps, Mikado supports young people with psychosocial, educational, and leadership programs that strengthen community resilience. By embedding Social Return on Investment (SROI) methodologies and robust social impact measurement frameworks into every program, we ensure that our initiatives not only create meaningful change but also generate actionable insights for partners and the wider ecosystem.
