Deputy Director of Training – International NGO Safety

In this role you will drive the quality, innovation, and strategic development of INSO’s global training services. Working alongside the Director of Training (DoT), you will ensure that INSO’s learning programmes remain impactful, relevant, and responsive to the realities of humanitarian operations. You will lead the coordination of INSO’s global training team, strengthen the capacity of country Training Managers, and spearhead the development of new methodologies, digital learning tools, and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape how humanitarian organisations prepare for and operate in high-risk environments—combining strategic vision, technical leadership, and hands-on engagement across more than 20 country programmes.
