The Handshake with Jacob Baraza @ The Hague Humanity Hub

At The Hague Humanity Hub, we are building a community of changemakers working at the intersection of climate, peace, and justice. Climate justice connects local and global challenges – from inequality and displacement to governance and sustainability. By bringing together diverse actors, we foster dialogue, spark collaboration, and support collective action toward a more just and resilient future.
Connect with others working at the intersection of climate, peace, and justice. Be part of a growing network driving fair and inclusive climate action.
Climate justice is about more than cutting emissions – it’s about how we adapt to the crisis and who gets to shape the response. It addresses unequal burdens but also reimagines systems to ensure that climate solutions are fair, inclusive, and accountable. Whether through policy, technology, or enterprise, climate justice guides how we build a more equitable and resilient future.
The Hague provides fertile ground for this work. As the international city of peace and justice, it hosts a unique mix of global institutions, civil society, local actors, and mission-driven innovators. This diverse ecosystem fosters collaboration across sectors and scales, enabling inclusive decision-making and practical experimentation. With both global reach and local urgency, The Hague is a strategic place to connect people and ideas – and to scale up climate justice in practice.
The Hague Humanity Hub and PLNT are excited to organise a programme on climate justice, aiming to turn ideas into real-world change. During a 3-month journey, participants will work on a personal plan, formulate questions, work in groups and learn how they can take their next step forward in the field of climate.
