NewStartPlus believes in the resilience and motivation of newcomers. They are building a new life in the Netherlands – and contributing to the future of the country. However, the path to a new life is challenging: a new language, a new culture, leaving behind much that was dear in another country. A helping hand in finding a job makes a difference, as experience has shown. We are happy to assist with that. At NewStartPlus, we provide a springboard for success. We connect newcomers with (almost) retirees: our volunteers. We carefully match the volunteer with the newcomer, ensuring proper guidance and support for the volunteer as a ‘newcomer coach.’ NewStartPlus primarily focuses on people who have recently retired or are about to retire. They possess significant (professional) knowledge, a broad network, and often a strong motivation to help newcomers. We offer them a meaningful transition to a new phase in their lives.
