Wavemakers United’s management team is looking for a management assistant! Because their management team operates in the Netherlands, they require applicants to speak both English and Dutch.
As a management assistant at Wavemakers United, you’ll be the indispensable right hand of their founder/director. You’ll maintain an overview, provide structure, and ensure everything runs smoothly—even at high speeds. From streamlined email and calendar management to scheduling international meetings: you’ll handle it all. You’ll effortlessly switch between administration, planning, and onboarding new Wavemakers for their academy.
With your sharp eye, you’ll identify areas for process improvement and proactively take action. In short: you’ll provide the calm and control behind the scenes of a dynamic, international organization.
