Area of expertise
Conflict analysis / conflict sensitivity: conflicts dynamics and violence interactions with humanitarian needs (including sectarian tensions and civil unrest), social and economic impacts of violence, conflicts dynamics and humanitarian access. Type of work
The type of work that ACAPS requests through the roster includes, but is not limited to:
- One-off Support
- Assistance provided for a specific, one-off task or deliverable, usually lasting a few hours to a few days. Examples include: reviewing a document, conducting a single training session, or providing expert input on a report.
- Short-Term Support
- Engagement for a limited period, typically from a few weeks up to 3 months, focused on achieving specific objectives or outputs. Examples include: support project proposal design, providing expert input on a series of outputs within a limited timeframe or implementing a short-term capacity-building initiative.
